Characteristics
The RAM Resin Series has a betaine unit on a polymer structure. Polymers carrying this betaine unit display particular behavior different to other ionic polymers. For example, if such a polymer is dissolved in water, it dissolves whether the pH of the system is acidic or alkaline. In addition, they are not easily affected by additives and have characteristics including being difficult to precipitate even if electrolytes are added to that solution in particular. They are even used as additives for primary hair dyes using features such as the dispersibility and complex formation of dyes, etc.
