We will disclose information in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws and regulations as well as the securities listing regulations stipulated by the securities exchange on which the company is listed. We will also disclose, to the extent possible, information that is effective in helping our shareholders and investors understand the company, even if that information falls under the category of material facts as stipulated by laws and regulations or the securities exchange listing rules.
Information Disclosure Method
The disclosure of information that falls under the category of material facts as stipulated in the securities listing regulations shall be made through TDnet, which is provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange in accordance with the rules, and this information will also be promptly published on the company website after disclosure. In addition, we will promptly disclose information that is likely to affect investment decisions in an adequate as well as appropriate manner, in accordance with the importance and urgency of such information, even if that information does not fall under the provisions of relevant regulations.
Quiet Period
In order to prevent the leakage of financial information and ensure fairness in disclosure, the period from the day following the quarterly settlement date and up until the financial results publication date is set as a quiet period. During this period, we will refrain from responding to any questions or issuing comments regarding financial results or earnings forecasts. However, if there are facts that have occurred during the quiet period that correspond with the disclosure rules of the securities listing regulations, the company will disclose information in a timely and appropriate manner.
Future Prospects
Of the information disclosed by the company, information regarding future plans, prospects, strategies, and other forward-looking statements is prepared based on certain assumptions that are deemed reasonable at the time of disclosure and include certain risks and uncertainties. Therefore, it should be noted that actual results may vary due to a variety of factors.
